A bad case of wind

Ahhhhh!!!!! why is it that when I cycle to work with a gale force wind in my face that by the time it's play tie at 5pm the fecking thing has changed direction to blow back in my face all the way home? Never happens the other way and always when I am knackered! I think there is a wind god and his name is b@st@rd!
